Dear Anet and Players,
My suggested tweak would be to separate buying/activating Guild Upgrades into PvE and WvW so that these rights can be given separately to WvW players or PvE players in guilds. I came along this idea when I heard about guilds not wanting to give some guy in the gold the ability to buy/activate Missions or pve stuff BUT wanted to give him rights to managed stuff in the WvW corner for the guild.
Imho: Separating this stuff leads to better buffed/upgraded/claimed keeps than claimed and unbuffed. What do you think?
