That wasn’t the lord chest, in case you were wondering. As you can see, the lord’s chest is way back there within the zerg (mostly hidden behind the blacked-out names because reasons). That loot drop could have been an ascended box, or a precursor – or maybe just an exotic that couldn’t even net 1g. I will never know.

Why did I not respawn? Well, they closed off the gate so there was no chance of getting back in anyway. We were winning the fight, before they got reinforcements. Oh well.

That is mean… but I had similar experiences. I guess we all have lost a potential precursor or two this way.^^

My crystal orb says there was a dusk in it. Tough luck.

99% chance it was a spoon. Ever since they introduced that i get it in chests only. baaaai chance on exo/pre…

Haha, someday it’ll happen with a precursor though. It’s a sucky loot system anyway, you can’t expect people to spam a loot button in a fight because you got the chance of dying and losing it, who ever came up with that should be fired.

Haha, someday it’ll happen with a precursor though. It’s a sucky loot system anyway, you can’t expect people to spam a loot button in a fight because you got the chance of dying and losing it, who ever came up with that should be fired.

On the other hand, it encourages players to win! You dieded? No booty for you! The AoE loot has helped a lot.

Exactly the same as the chances the guy that has gotten none in 7000h played gets one. That’s how RNG works.
