You might want to sticky and lock the thread, like the Glicko Temporary Manual Adjustments thread, not lock and close the thread. I assume the strikeout in the title means it’s closed anyways.

Or make it even easier and just have a sticky listing the allowed topics.

True, it’ll just move down the list with new postings and end up on page 2. Players might not read it or get a chance and without realizing it post on the topic and get unfairly yelled at like we always do
