Guild Wars 2

Hey all I come to present an event Hosted by the Guild VR. This Wednesday at 7pm eastern time/ 4pm server time. It’s a MULTI guild WvW raid. Aiming for massive battles. In which I would like Tarnished Coast, and Stormbluff Isle, to form your own groups and battle with us. Whats a zerg without a competition ehh? So Sor,TC, and SI we are all looking forward to some EPIC battles. And remember to just have fun!

All we are starting in SoR BL tho we taking everything possible.

BTW GSCH, STAR,Choo and many more are confirmed attendees.

No thanks, 5+ second ability lag and invisible armies are no fun for me. I hope everyone who does go enjoys it though.

lol srry man not trying to ruin any1’s playing experience. Your guild should join SoR we have some even BIGGER events in the near future comming up.

You guys have every right to run any event you want and I’m sure that for SoR, this is alot of fun. I would only say that if you are going to announce this sort of thing on the wvw forums you should try to include all 3 servers. You essentially have a 100 man zerg running from BL to BL and I’m pretty sure noone from SbI or TC want to attend that.

Not really sure the point of this whole thread or how this is different than any other day. Now if you want to host a 5v5 or even a planned zerg vs zerg battle, that would be fun.

[b]I’ll tell you what’s happening, you guys are quitting. A lot of the SoR commanders are patronizing you because we want a decent fight to help workout our inter guild coordination. Unfortunately outside of PiNK and AL, you’re all quitting.

You don’t want to be patronized, get back in WvW and give us a decent fight.

I dunno, I think this was all a ploy to do exactly what Kayku mentioned, to work out your inner guild coordination. Sorry, didn’t accept the invitation as what is “fun” for you, isnt for me.

Well its just like every1 does PvE everyday, and actually most of any1s gameplay is PvE but when the event cursed shore arrived every1 played(more than usual) and every1 had a blast…Now why can’t we do that for our PvP players? BTW we had a Blast! Thx TC you guys are awsome! SBI too you guys were a bit late, but you made it.

Ok guys im getting mixed emotions about this little shindig today. And most of it is really not about the event. Most of it is issues you guys have with the game itself pertaining to WvW. Like big zergs or ppl not rendering fast enough. Look guys I just do come up with events to encourage ppl to play. Is that so bad? Am I doing something wrong? Today every WvW map was on a 1 hour+ que waiting time. Tryna tell me that happens everyday all day? Maybe in T1 idk. from what I saw ppl had a great time and alot of SoR said they have more respect for tarnished coast because of EB battles. Is that bad? Is this game not made for players to play together? So whats all this negativity all about? Someone plz enlighten me I have ppl cussing me out and other people asking when is the next im so confused.

Thats fine Seasha your guild still performed exceptionally well. and TBH you probably wouldnt have gotten in either maps were so full.

Oh, don’t get me wrong. My earlier message wasn’t a criticism of the event. I just don’t understand how it is different than any other day. You know the basic get as many people as possible and try to take as much as possible. That’s true of all servers in WvW.

No one should be cussing you (except maybe people on your own server who were mad about the queues. haha). New event ideas are good. I still hope we see more 5v5 or zerg vs zerg battles. Maybe a planned time where 2 servers team to attack the third server’s keep. All those are super hard to coordinate of course.
