Guild Wars 2

Hello all.

My main toon’s name is Talaysteria. I have been playing in a guild, called The Industry since around the time the TA alliance broke up on HoD. I originally moved from HoD, from a very small guild of about 6 to DB and meet the likes of Kurthos, Deuce, Nexus, Syn, PapaJ, Patone, and Coron. All solid ppl and great to play with. I joined [Work] and become part of a nice little family within the Aoi Alliance. At some point in time, we all decided to take the Call to Arms, the likes of Jed had placed out to the Wv3 world of GW2 that SoS needed some NA coverage. They were Oceanic and that was what we lacked on DB, mostly. Decision made, move made. SoS became my new gaming home. At first the Aussies didn’t trust us, we had to earn it. And throughout time, we pushed into T1 and have become steady. Now with the free server transfers ending, SoS is very weak on Euro coverage. I know Jed has another thread looking for Euro coverage, and is a good thread. I just wanted to take the time, and speak from my own perspective. I understand that SoS recruiters have been apparently spamming the forums. That behavior isn’t acceptable. And I have even falling prey to answering other posts with a recruitment post. If any of my behavior has offended anyone, I apologize. However, SoS hasn’t trolled other servers’ recruitment threads. And from what I have seen, only posted best wishes and props. So it is my hope that this thread can be respected. We are only looking for a few solid Euro guilds to come and join our community.We are not looking for entire servers, or even any other time zone. That has been said since Jed’s first post about recruitment, which was trolled to death by lots of non SoS ppl. You can say a lot about how SoS does business in the battlefield, complaining about what you think are mindless zergs, etc, etc, ad infinitum, BUT we are respectful. So if there are any other strange things happening in other threads, started by SoS ppl, PM me. Let me know. Other wise, good luck all. And do not forget, this a game, and supposed to be fun.
