I understand your point, but the game could track if you did map completion 100% with more than one character, and give the reward again.

Lol, so you want it without the work it takes to get it?

Believe me, I do understand. I only have map completion on one toon, am loathe to do it ever again …. But I do think for something like a legendary, it should be earned, even if it is a bit painful. Rewarding it without the effort devalues the idea of legendary.

If you want 100% map completion to be account wide without the gift of exploration, giving the choice to the player for say the WPs, then sure.

Hmm is the opposite, it is far easier to complete areas fast in your downleveled character than on level.

You uncover areas just the same.

(sigh) I lost the post, will try to recreate it in the general area.

BTW just for the record, as it stands now, I have 0 interest in getting a legendary.

But still map completion achievement should be account wide.
