When Both are untouched by other than themselves, this need to give some better rewards than usual player kill and some special title like “Ultimate Dueler” or “Ultimate Champion”.

I think if they did a stream of a 1v1 tourny with judges sure. Not in open world for reasons already stated.
The special reward should be your instant removal from wvw and unable to re enter for 24 hours- go play spvp for 1v1:-)
