Does it ever change? I dont have my other suffs for legendary so the 100% map isnt something i need today but iam gonna need it soon…

Starting position is based on your rank in the glicko system points. The top server in a tier is green, the middle is blue, and the bottom is red. So basically, for it to change you either need your server to do better and move up the ranks within your tier/go to a new tier, or fall down

Hmm thats what i thought so its basically impossible without server transfer. Really kittened up if you ask me……I dont even like WvW i just want that 100% map and gtfo from WvW :-(

It is possible if your server moves, the problem is that a lot of the tiers are stagnant atm. I was lucky enough to finish off my WvW completion on my first char during DR’s rise, and on my second during our fall. Atm I don’t think I have much chance of getting it done a third time, but ill hold out hope

Also back when free transfers were on it was easy for some people (I’ve never left DR) to just hop to a different colour when their server was stagnant, now it costs you money. However, correct me if i’m wrong but from what I understand it costs less to transfer to a lower tier server than a higher one, so you can look at these for your completion options. I know we on DR tend to hold our whole (blue) BL and most of our EB third for a decent portion of the day – DH basically never loses a tower on the green BL, and often owns all of EB, and IoJ is in about the same position as we are.

Try on server reset night, usually lots of easy targets and empty keeps. If you got a guild, just gather a group of 10+ and it should be enough to cap a keep and get the POI. The borderkeeps are the most annoying, but on the other hand if you plan on creating a Legendary you should be able to fund 5 or so guild golems, which will melt a door in about 10 seconds.

Still remember when Red Guard took a border keep on EB in about a minute (double doors) and gave me world exploration as I happily hopped and skipped in behind them

Well my server is red everytime i enter WvW and from what i seen in LA chat most ppl on my server dislike WvW and dont go there at all. Its really stupid that you need whole server to get 100% map. I mean its like RNG i could play WvW for a year and theres still a high chance that i will never get all vistats in WvW.
This really needs to be changed imo i dont think server transfer is the way you should get 100% map. I can go anytime in WvW 10 in morning or 3 after midnight and thers still too much zergs its impossbile to take keeps alone. And i really dont know that much ppl so spaming some where " i need to take few vistats lets go WvW is kinda ridiculous "…

I play on desolation, i dont have any guild atm and i absolutely hate WvW for many reasons

Ok, I’m not too familiar with the EU servers but based on a quick check of the millenium rankings page (http://mos.millenium.org/matchups if you are unfamiliar with what these are) your server is actually 3rd in the entire EU tiers. It also looks like your PPT is pretty low atm, meaning that you don’t own a lot, and overall you’ve lost about 50 ranking points so far this matchup. This indicates that you are looking at potentially dropping to green in t2 soon (again, I don’t know a lot about the EU matchups just reading the charts). So make sure you have as much of the red BL stuff you can (your server probably owns your entire borderlands at some point), and the red third of EB (maybe you own this sometimes?), at least the PoIs and vistas inside towers and keeps, and hope that you drop some time soon. Being green in t2 will allow you to (hopefully) get all the things you need in the green BL and green third of EB, and if you’re server’s interest in WvW is renewed, you might find it to be A. a lot more fun to play and B. that you dominate the tier, and own enough of the enemy things to get the blue stuff as well. Alternatively, your server is actually destined for a lower spot, meaning you may drop into a blue spot eventually (even if you don’t win most servers tend to own their Bl and EB third some of the time).
