Hey Guys!

So, I was doing some WvW the other day, and I came across a Daredevil that seemed to be able to stealth with Blackpowder and … something else.

I know you can Heartseeker through to get stealth, and I know you can use the Bounding Dodge to stealth. However, he seemed to be doing neither of these things (he had the long range dodge).

It looked more like a classic evade animation. Anyone know what was going on here?

Blinding powder probably, its a stealth utility AND a blast finisher so it stacks a nice chunk of stealth.
