Suggestion: Garrison Duty for WvW

One of the most sensible idea I saw to reward structure scouts
Not practical in a keep, but can work for a tower.
You can’t really move around too much in a keep due to the large area you have to cover – most people have a fixed path they patrol. For example, in garrison, I’d go through the waypoint refreshing siege along the way, up to the second floor and jumping down onto the watergate cliff checking SW gate, then walking past the vista (constantly refreshing siege along the way) and jumping over to SE gate before repeating the process – there should be scouts in the two northern towers so you don’t need to check the NE and NW gates except every 40-55 minutes to refresh siege

Well, you add to this XP and WXP per minute of siege refresh (eg, 5 minute left is 55 minutes worth of refresh; 45 minute left is 15 minutes worth of refresh), and give back dolly escort XP and WXP, and the only type of scout left out is the open field / roamer… (which arguably can have sentinels and enemy roamers and camps)…

Scouting is unrewarding in the material sense, but if you’re playing for your server, it’s kitten rewarding to see your server win due to your efforts.
Also, a lot of BG commanders donate loot/gold to scouts because it is just that materially unrewarding, but it wouldn’t make sense to give any reward to someone who’s (from the perspective of ANet’s servers) just standing there.
