I was never on Vabbi nor on FoW, but it looks like their WvW could need some mercenary support.
How about allowing world guests to enter WvW for all worlds below 1000 rating points (currently Vabbi, FoW in EU and ET,FC in NA)?
a) to support them building an own WvW community
b) to allow anyone to have GvGs there (one guild guests on Vabbi, the other on FoW)
I could actually give them a hand, because I think the weak ones deserve all the help they can get. But in order to avoid some big WvWvW guilds face rolling their tier, I would want to put a cap to it e.g. max 5 players from one guest server. E.g. Desolation could send max 5 players to help Vabbi or Fissure of Woe.

b) No, don’t make low end match-up a GvG playground for the “big boys”, that would mess it even more.
It would be nice to be a mercenary for Vabbi or FoW, check out how they do and help them out. Not going there like “You have to do this and that and do it this way whit that.”
But, as you stated your b) thingy, it would be only abused like that, which is not cool. I wouldn’t want my server to be a playground for all GvG nuts (not that there is anything wrong in GvG). With that you could effectively shut down one of their maps if you organized big enough GvG, not cool. And also Im afraid if someone from either server asks if they could help ’em out a lil, the answer would be rude.
Nice idea, but in my little head, sounds like it would be abused a lot. I vote ‘no’ ;P

As far as I’ve read from Vabbi/FoW Forum posts, both are nearly never at the 3rd servers homelands, but ofc. most relevant would be their opinion about it
Sounds like a fun idea. Might even help people like me to move into smaller server when first find out how community in smaller server is. Too big gamble to take now, especially when I like my server at the moment.
