It is a very simple suggestion. As a tower upgrades, just lower the amount of siege allowed inside the tower. As it is now, 5 people can stop a 30-40 man zerg with siege. If that many people want to take that keep, I think it should happen.

What do others think?

IMHO, that is a bad idea. It makes over-populated servers that much more powerful. So, if there are tons of siege in a tower, and only 5 people defending, only 5 pieces of siege will be used.

I don’t see any issue there.

In reality, 5 people in a fortified tower should be able to hold off/kill a lot more than 30-40 attackers.

If that many people want to take that keep, they need to take a break from their pvd mode and be more clever.

If 40 people are unable to come up with an idea to grab a tower being defended by 5,and there are ways enough to do so, the tower should not be capped.

Siege as it is now is so underpowered so you really need to rethink how you play if you cant take a Tower with 40players that is defended by 5. Underpowered is the wrong Word but there is no were you can Place siege so it cant get detroyed easy by attackers.

Attacking siege is already good enough. It’s incredibly easy for 30 people to take something defended by 5 people if they just build golems and have players dps the cannons and oil down before walking the golems to the gate

I think the 30-40 people can find another empty tower to train.

This is what this game mode has become.. Take empty objectives and avoid fights for as long as you can. I sure miss the days where people fought over objectives.

What? 5 vs 40 and you lose? Sorry but you are definitely doing it WRONG. Every piece of defensive siege they can place that isn’t an exploit can be taken down/negated. Smart coordinated people could take such a tower filled with every possible siege defense 10vs5. Pub groups with a tiny bit of coordination should be able to do it 15vs5. Plus you have plenty of towers where the attackers have exploits they can use that negate ALL tower defensive siege placement. Worst case scenario you build trebuchet….it’s won’t be that difficult to get 2 or 3 superior ones up with 40 people.
