Cannon mastery also unlock a 50 AoE skill that put 50 stacks of every boon on players for 10s (12s cd, dont want to make it too OP).

True, but I would not expect that before server relink. Makes no sense to die before relinks happened.
As far as I can tell a lot of veterans and coms just dont want to play with cannon spam.

I think that it’s more about lack of skill. Cannon have 3 skills and they only know how to use autoattack. Maybe remove those two skills and buff first skills. First skill could do good dmg, chill and bleed and i could be auto target so players don’t have to aim. I am sure that veterans would come back after this change.

The next tick they add should change the shots to fields that pulse for 30 seconds, that way we can just cover the area with pulsing chill/bleeds.
This way when air defense and chilling fog expire we can just use the cannons to keep the fields going so we never have to fight.

Imagine how little we could complain about lag when most of the fight we spend perma chilled. Server would have plenty of time to get those calculations out to everyone.
