lol. Well, at least we will get some good fights this week, PPT is meaningless this week.

Can anyone explain to me why people are raging at FA? I haven’t paid much attention to wvw lately.

We have exponentially more numbers and coverage compared to IoJ and NSP. It’s not fair and the two servers are relatively helpless in comparison.

That post’s explanation is very misleading. I believe the 1% probability mentioned actually comes from the fact that SBI had a very low probability of being in the T3 matchup.

Anyway, here’s my understanding of (roughly) how it works:

Every week the matchup algorithm tweaks the ratings of each server a bit (by a random amount). Whatever the new rankings are after those tweaks is what determines the matchup. The ratings gap between FA, SoS, YB, and DB is less than 25 points. That’s so small that it’s (roughly) a toss-up which server ends up in the T3 matchup.

Anet must address the current T3 problem. If i was head of Anet, i would give free transfersin to IOJ and NSP for next 2 weeks

Or maybe some guilds or players should transfer to t3 servers instead of T1 / T2 and balance it out some, but until T3 servers pony up the gold to get the guilds, it isn’t going to happen. Sadly, T3 will remain broken, and only way it will get fixed is if a T2 server implodes.
