Are you guys seriously expecting good matchups when population fluctuates every week? Not the best MM can handle this. Well this thread will be deleted anyway.
Links just happened, ranks will have to adjust, not going to get the perfect match every week. People also need to get rid of the idea in their head that their server should be at a certain rank.

Ranks were adjusted before the links. Now they are not. Any balance there was has been screwed up. So what’s the point of doing it at all? And please don’t say because they want to make money of transfers.
Links happen, ranks readjust, servers rise and fall, two months later, rinse repeat, circle of life.
