Maybe an adopted Dev would comment on this week’s WvW experience.
Thanks.

As match up threads arent allowed anymore, i dont think a dev will comment.
He would have to ban himself.
I wanna see a Mod vs Dev matchup, that would be hilarious.
Ok. Just on how this week’s experience when compared with last week’s.
No server names if it is not allowed.
If they will respond, it will probably be in the Sticky thread above.
That’s fine.
Hopefully, some of the Dev would spend as much time this week in WvW as they did last week.
Otherwise, they might not see the whole picture if they skipped this week or only dropped in for a few minutes.
Saw a couple of Anet folks yesterday. It always makes me smile. Hope you guys had fun.
They know WvW is messed up, that’s why they always use the excuse “we cannot talk about it” because they cant and wont fix it
I understand that they really can’t say much; but at the very least some sort of post where a dev or mod admits “yes the server matchups are extremely imbalanced and in no way conducive to game growth.”

I am trying to understand how this would help anything. I think its more productive to work on solutions, it is almost like you want the Devs to admit fault? These arena net employees?
WvW is in the state its in to a lot of normal factors, that occur after a certain amount of time. Combine this with how very intelligent players are, and coming up with things that one person or a group of 20 couldnt come up with in advance. Every day I am seeing new ideas, and things being done.
At the end of the day just put up your suggestions and ideas, perhaps one of them will hit the nail on the head and help towards a solution. I know alot of us on these boards feel that we havent gotten enough WUV in WuvWuv:) but we are pretty hungry raptors around here.
Pouncing on anyone that walks through the door..especially that unsuspecting Dev…
Muahahhahaha

That’s normal on this forums, everyone wants to know everything the devs are doing and make them post about it.
“Hey guys!! Just passing by to let you know that we are listening and that I had an amazing roast beef sandwich today!!”
To which everyone replies like it was some sort of Messiah “Dear God thank you for letting us know, we can drop our torches and pitchforks now!!”
P.S. Not directed at sendaf…
OK. I played both the Prime time and off hours of my server this week, which is currently scoring hopelessly in the middle of the three and this is my impression.
This week can be equally fun if you do not care about the scores because most of the players who showed up were pretty good and we actually won most of the zerg/small group fights despite only ticking less than +100 and there were many targets to cap with the top server holding so many points.
However, fewer people are showing up because scores are very discouraging especially for people who do not see their effect would change the scores meaningfully. And that appears to be the case for us, the top scoring server and probably to the lower server as well.
