So we all hate when both opposing servers focus on ours. It sucks. But the reality is, the only team who should be the focus of a double team is the first place server. If the 3rd place team sneaks a soft tower or supply camp in eternal or caps their corner of your borderland for 20 PPT at the timer that is not an assault or double team, its point management. Same goes for the 2nd place capping a few soft targets of their own from third. I see a lot of complaining about this. I’m kinda sick of it.

This, unless you own nothing and are being camped in your spawn by both enemy servers like SBI and JQ use to do.

I often see people say that we’re double teaming with another server… yet we find ourselves fighting that other server more than the ones making the false claims.

Also the whole “servers should double team the first place server” is a joke. In most matchups one server dominates all. For example, T2. Blackgate has double the 2nd place score, which has been switching between TC and SoR (but mainly controlled by SoR).

TC should be focusing on SoR. Why? Because it keeps them in the tier. This is what IoJ did for a long time to remain in T2 until we finally kicked them out. If they attacked Blackgate, it’d only provoke Blackgate to stop focusing on SoR and focus on getting the TC zerg wiped to stop attacking us. Meanwhile, if TC attacked SoR from somewhere else, it’d split the SoR zerg, making it very likely that either BG or TC will take something from SoR and prevent their point spread.

That’s just the way I see it. With the glinko system or whatever it’s called… getting 2nd place isn’t all that bad.

Do you ever look at scores for other tiers?
Because MOST matchups are pretty balanced.

Tier 2 and Tier 7 are the only two tiers that have a real domination going on right now.
A bit in tier 1, but not terribly.

The only reason Tier 7 is that way is because of the transfers they received.
