So, Dragonbrand must be really bored to not only come into the invulnerable area on NSP BLs but then use some type of hack to damage me in it. I guess they decided not to kill me cause maybe they thought hmm we better not do this he might screen shot it and post it to a forum.. Ha ha to bad I aught you when I saw your exploit port into the area. Its not good enough to have 3 times the numbers to win but then some of your players chose to hack as well.. LOL oh well, guess winning buy 500k is more important than playing fair.

Everyone already know you can get inside enemy cidatel by glitching in with skills like shadowstep/blink/light flash, etc etc etc…

So far you post is nothing but one of the tons of other threads of people who were annoyed by some kittens invading an area where you can simply kill them without them being able to do anything at all.

Well they can kill siege which shouldn’t be placed there, but yea waste of time…..

So…aren’t exploits almost as bad as hacking? Wait…whatamIsaying? Hacks are allowed, right? I mean, no one seems to be banned or get into any trouble for it, so I guess exploits are ok too.

You should consider actually looking at the screenshot. They clearly are doing something (look at the damage being done). That definitely isn’t working as intended, which suggests that it is an exploit. (I said exploit, not hack)

Actually, the screenshot shows nothing. The damage could’ve been caused by fall damage or running down a steep slope and then engaging the enemy before you’ve had time to recover. The combat log isn’t showing which may have proven the claim, nor is there any damage numbers floating (just a single heal) or any conditions applied.

they have nothing better to do lol, they keep getting cake walk match ups that they are overstacked for.

sure it could have been what you say but it wasnt. See my skills on cool down? They were doing damage to me and it was saying invulnerable. Wonder how that is possible?
You know that area how would I do that much damage to myself from falling? That is not a area that you damage yourself from a fall.

Invulnerable area? Like.. They’re only invulnerable in that one specific area? … Then don’t try to attack them while they’re there, maybe..

no, actually the OP is the one invulnerable in that area…Notice the “determined” buff on his boon bar?

This is one of those times when ANet’s “If it seems wrong, it’s probably an exploit” rules should come into effect. These people all clearly knew this was wrong… drop the banhammer on them.

The Determined buff works kind of weirdly. Back during WvW Season 2, all the maps were queued out and a huge bunch of players ended up in Obsidian Sanctum just dogpiling into a huge melee for the hell of it. But there were still so many of us that large groups stayed on top of the invulnerable platforms and used 1200+ ranged weapons to attack people on the other platforms.

The weird part? Sometimes the people firing back could still damage us, despite our Invulnerable buff.

Just because you’re in an invulnerable area doesn’t mean you can’t use skills, so your skills on cooldown doesn’t mean anything in this case. Perhaps it was retaliation, I don’t know, just saying the screenshot provides no proof to vilify your claim and ANET won’t take anyone’s word over another.
