What’s everyone’s opinion of the state of each tier. Obliviously asking all what server and tier you’re on.

t1 is actually dead/broken : YB has bring siege wars 2 into this tier, and since this day, it’s cancer playstyle (mostly because they put arrowcarts&co everywhere, even in open field). They fortify smc before NA primetime, and then, when a zerg attack : chill/airship and they push at 80). It locks totally the fun in NA primetime, and it’s kitten gameplay. During sea time, they sit inside their keep, playing with siege and recap for ppt, no fights for them during this timezone, they sleep and watch the ppt.
BG is in a bad state, but they still provide good and fair fights. They have lost many guilds because of transfers or ppl leaving
JQ is waiting for the “overhaul”, at least for something that will bring the fun again, because ppt wars 2 / siege wars 2 it’s not for us.

I think it’s a good resume of t1 atm

T3 From a SoS roamer perspective;

The NA battle seems ferocious and likely very fun. Mags has the upper hand .

OCX, SoS remenants still outman SBI and they do not make up the points in OCX they would versus lighter OCX teams. mags is not very present in mid OCX hours.

All three teams have their moments and the mags/sbi roamers are very competent and running roaming builds unlike the old days. ( Some very good high DPS roamers)

I do not frequent EBG as the zerg EBG mentality currently in vogue is not my thing sorry.

T3 seems ok, lacking manning in certain timezones for each team.

Some are more oblivious than others

YB got pushed up, and TC tanked to T2, and even as dead as the game is atm, I’m still thankful for that. I complain about TC sieging up and running behind walls, and then I remember what it was like to “fight” YB, and I thank god for having TC and DB to fight. At least TC comes out to play from time to time

Logged in tonight for a few hours in T1. First time playing in about a month.. Far from dead. Had a queue on EBG and like always blobbity blob blob in EBG map from all 3 servers

I’m on TC and giving this from a roamer perspective.
On EB the roaming is pretty good, until TC decides to go full ppt hero and there’s nothing to fight for hours at a time. Unless you’re into spawn camping lol.
FA continues to get it’s rear kicked every week and I’m surprised they still try considering they basically took SoS’s position.
Can’t say I actually like fighting DB, but it’s better than the horror stories I’ve heard about YB.
Desert borderlands are still somewhat dead, outside of reset.

I’d say t2 is okay, although I do miss SoS.

I’m on db on t2 and it seems like TC has either a) is trying harder and had a resurgence or b) got or bought a lot of new guilds because they are definitely running very heavy. FA has become SoS the little brother and db is caught somewhere in the middle.

So far from a YB roamer’s look in at T1 atm…

JQ: Pretty heavy on pugs that organize around a smaller guild core. Have a few pretty big pugmanders that can get a pretty large following easily. A few smaller groups (10 or less) occasionally. Decent NA, overnight presence is pretty good. Not too much to say, JQ is pretty pug oriented with a few guilds/pugmanders organizing them.

BG: Very guild oriented. If BG is out, their big guilds are out. You’ll have a few smaller guilds running 10-15ish on the side that usually partner up with a bigger guild or go do something on the side while the main groups run around. Usually it ends up being around 2 maps (discounting EBG), with 2 guilds on each one. Reset is an exception since that’s a pretty hectic day for BG (lotta peeps errywhere), but activity declines as the week progresses. I don’t really see many commanders rolling around with just a straight up pug group outside of EBG. Passable EU, pretty good NA, overnight is a bit lacking.

YB: Its about a 70/30 split between PPT and fights. There’s pugs everywhere scouting, sieging, and doing god knows what so at least you know where the enemy is most of the time. Pugs aren’t exactly reliable for fighting as they tend to scatter off and get run over a lot. You’ve got about 3 main PPT guilds that do all the PPT stuff, and 2-3 fight guilds rolling around looking for people on an active night. EU/NA is strong, overnight has some people but they’re ridiculously disorganized.

T1 YB
The tier has a little of everything luckily being the state of the game sucks currently. JQ is a pug driven server and usually has a massive force. BG could be a fun server IMO, they seem to have a lot of small guilds that stick together and a few roamers who are very nice to duel. I do like YB because of the community and they were the only open server a few months ago, hence why I’m here now. What makes them good is their communication and drive for ppt, it’s a rarity obviously these days but nice to see a server care. I’d recommend BG overall though.

T2 old friends on that tier
From what my buds say there’s guilds joining up with TC trying to push them up. DB long ago bought several guilds, ppt focused guilds mainly from what I hear like SN from kaineng. I can only speak from casual whispers from FA friends but I guess they are a broken spirit from what they once were. Overall, I guess it’s boring from what I’m told.

T3 SBI
I really love SBI. The server has a lot of fun people to hang out with. I feel like this is the best tier for fights right now. I’ve spend only 3 weeks here on my second account but fights are fun as hell. Mag is the larger force but you commonly find a three way fight during NA prime that isn’t too zergy IMO. Roaming is decent and I don’t see trash cheese builds that much surprisingly like T1. A few guilds from kaineng showed up on SBI and hopefully will help them with ppt and such. I highly recommend this tier, all three servers seem fine.

I don’t understand the way a net does population. There is no way TC has equal population to either db or FA. They can Zerg across multiple BLs.

Maybe during a short hour of the night we can but we get our kitten handed to us in other hours. Your forgetting that off hours make a difference in this game. It may be that we out number in one timezone and fall flat in another.

In anycase, I LOVE T2 I love this tier, and its my opinion T2 is the best tier for fights at this moment.

Couldn’t help myself.

T4 does tend to taper off hard after about 3 hours, but it’s good most nights around that time. Its beyond flourishing compared to T8, so I can’t complain. :P
