Guild Wars 2

Halloween event.

WvW only;

The server that has the most people active in WvW at the start of the event will be turned into Zombies, the status is checked every 2 hour.

Zombies are 80% resistant to all damage

They move at -60% speed, when more than 20 are around they gain “Zombie hord” move 40% faster and deal 20% more damage

Zombies can attack and damage keep doors, avg hit would be 300 damage per zombie.

Zombies cannot claim keeps, or use siege weapons of any kind, they cannot teleport using waypoints, they kill and turn the guards and the lord into zombies, which attack anyone who is not a zombie, turned NPC are 40% more powerful and are 30% more resistant to damage.

zombies can only play in one battle land at a time, they may change on death to a new land, but cannot play the same BL until the event has reset.

zombies must attack a player within 30 mins timer otherwise they start to decay, losing 10% health per 10 seconds,

Zombies have a unique set of skills.

Bite > heals 15% of health, deals 400 damage.
grasp > roots you and your target in place for 4 seconds.
claw > bleeds the target 8x(8 sec) 9k damage
Moan > you let out a moan and run at your target, stuns for 2 seconds
Cry of hunger > you scream, fearing all around you 4 seconds.

being killed by a zombie turns you into a zombie, you are then forced to join the hord and kill your friends and enemy server alike, once killed you must change battleland. you remain a zombie until the event has ended.

Winning and losing;

You win the event, when all zombies are cleared from all battle lands.
You lose when all human players are turned into zombies.
you lose if after 2 hours zombies remain alive

That sounds absolutely awesome!

Woah woah woah, dont give Anet any great ideas which they will just ignore, infract and ban you for like they did with Sarcx!

I’d rather make a big huge instance map for this one (perhaps even reusing parts of some of the great open world maps we have now) and leave the normal WvW out of it. Other than that, I love the idea.
