Guild Wars 2

I visit the wvw forums every now and then, but what I find humourous and annoying is how the same types of threads are always on the front page whenever I visit. These include:

-Blob / anti-blob / pro-blob
-Commander tag suggestions / issues
-Stealth is op
-Match-ups suck / are boring / are lopsided
-Rewards suck / trains suck
-LS in WvW / PVE in WvW
-Hacker / Exploits
-Achievements in WvW
-Season 2 hate
-WvW rank / account-bound
-PPT / Coverage problems

Suggestion:
Get rid of the ability to create new threads and create a unique thread for each of the topics above.
When you fix one of the topics to the point that a thread no longer is replied to (community accepts your solution), you remove it from the forums.

“Commander Thread”
“Blob Thread”
“Hacker Thread”
“BG is awesome Thread”
…

You only read need two threads to cover the entire range of topics. Just name them “??? Needs Nerfed” and “??? Needs Buffed.” Problem solved.

Same topics pop off because WvW is shallow.

You forgot the 2 classics:

Butter / Parkay

Taste Great / Less Filling

THOSE are worthy of forum warrior pvp.

This thread has some serious win potential, I can feel it.

But yes, it seems there are some concerns that do pop up regularly, maybe you have some merit to your idea OP.

Which is why the matchup forum (former and current) are much more interesting to read than this one

stealth is laughably op’d…..and I play a thief.

Most of the topics keep recurring because WvW has problems and nothing has been done in 1.5 years to address them.

It doesn’t help that this mode is war.

These topics are still bouncing around because almost nothing has been done to balance WvW. Wonder why the CDI thread was closed due to backlash? It’s because the WvW community is sick of being ignored. Ironically… closing that thread just did it yet once again.

Fallout 1/2 are sill among my fav games of all time. I must have beat fallout 2 at least 5 times back in highschool lol.
