Guild Wars 2

As I walk into this vast world known to us as boardlands. I have a vision of this widespread world for me to roam! I see killing reinforcements to the war! I see the ability to really engage in this massive world that surrounds me! Oh, all the the things that I will be able to do. Limitless! Massive! Unrulely! Then the visions start to disappear, seeming to be nothing more then a faint dream in the back of my mind. I am standing on top of a hill looking down. My dreams start to turn into nightmares. My dreams begin to shatter. What is this world that I am?

I look behind me, to notice a massive castle. “How neat” I think to myself. This area seems to be a great spot to possibly stalk some pray. I look to the right. There is a camp that looks to be for supplies for the war. Again a image pops into my mind, “This has to be a great location”. I then look into the distance above my head high up on the cliff. Wow!? Another castle? Or could that be some sort of a outlaying tower?

I must look into this. I start walking along the cliff side wall. How do I get up to this tower!? There must be away. Finally I see some walls! This has to be it! It just has to! I stalk along the wall some more. I find a little villege. “Well this is curious” I ponder about where I have arried. On the otherside of this village is a even bigger castle then where I was before. This must be there base! I will surely have to be more careful! I begin to back track my steps that I have taken. “I must find this tower”.

I notice a faint shadow hiding along the cliffside. This must be a scout! I must get to him quickly. The shadow starts to move. Ah, little asura. You must be a scout! I raise my greatsword high in the sky and quicken my pace. I get to the asura and swing my greatsword in a uppercut motion! Landed! I start swinging my sword with all my might knowing vary well this could be my last day! The asura falls fast to the might of my massive sword.

I catch my breath. Pondering about where I might find more blood! I quickly draw my mind from the bloodlust that I have tasted. I have an objective! I must find this tower. Ever so slowly I creep along the cliffside. It has to be around this bend! I find a massive rock with something built on the top of it. Ahhh. I have found my goal. I sneak around the massive rock to find my tower in deed! Quickly noticing that there is yet another massive castle just down the way. Why is there so many castles so close together? Am I in some big castle? Am I trapt?? Trying to make sense of it all. I decide it is in my best interest to figure out where I am.

Standing on the cliffside on the west side of the tower. I notice a massive lake below the castle! “This should help me not be noticed” I whisper under my breath ever so lightly to not be heard. I quickly look around to see if I had just made a mistake and given away my location. I notice the path is clear and I start to climb down the side of the cliff. I survey the area and notice I am now in a small valley. The water is just west of me now. Shortly I will be there!

I sneak past the gaurds roaming down the road and wade into the lake. I make my way to the otherside of the lake. What is this!?!? Another massive castle! I look up on the cliffside to the north of my location to notice another tower.. My…. How small this world seems to be. My day dreaming suddenly is interupted by a dagger sliding between the scales of my armor! I throw my shoulder quickly backwards in a stright line, nothing but air!? I quickly draw my sword and shield not knowing what foe I am up against now! Again! I hear daggers striking my armor. I now see that I am up against a human. I hold my shield up in the air to take the next array of attacks thrown at my head. “Shoulda worn my Helmet” I say to myself. I throw my shield stright into the chest of this human. He is stunned! I faint to the side throwing my shield down on the ground and going for my greatsword. I look around?? To my confusion my human friend has disappeared again? How is he doing this. I must stay alert. I start making my way to the new tower that I have found. The big castles seem to be a bit to active for me to stay to close.

I couldnt have taken more then 100 foot steps to notice yet another figure. I hide behind a tree. Interesting.. He seems to be following some sort of a carrier. I think to myself “Did I just hit the jackpot!, is there riches to be found?” I wait for the figure to get closer, noticing yet another little asura. I sprint! I have to cover ground fast! Again I raise my greatsword high in the air and run as fast as I can. I swing with my massive opening blow! Air!?!?! I stumble to notice the little asura is standing there. Not doing anything. Stunned a bit, I try to make sense of how I missed. That swing of my sword was true! No way I missed. I quickly search the area. What I have gotten myself into?!?! There is now 4 of the same person! Trying to make sense of it all I just start to swing my sword at anything that moves. These things just keep disappearing when I hit them? No blood What is going on!!!!

I notice that kitten human again! Here comes the real fight. This time he is wielding a bow. What am I going to do! I cant kill these things??? I rush at the human. I ready my sword. I need to cripple him with my first blow. I throw my greatsword directly at the humans head. kitten! He is gone!!! AGAIN!!! With my greatsword now off in the distence and 4 asura still in follow of me. I pull out my shield again. I will not go with out a fight!

The world starts to go dark. I start to see light shining in my eyes. Was it all a dream? This small odd little world with people that I can not kill?? I am drenched in sweat. My forehead feels warm to the touch. I look around to make sure I am not still in this tiny wierd world. With a sigh of relief I am back in my home. My fever starts to melt away and I relax, trying to make sense of what I just went through. Was this a vision of what is to come? Is this a vision of my near future? What ever it my be. I must be ready!

I hope you enjoyed this rant. I wanted to be tasteful and yet get the point across. It is not that I do not enjoy wvw. I do.

I will be honest, I have no idea what your point is supposed to be.

I guess Mesmers and Thieves imba, apart from that hard to tell ^^
