This is not fun at all
This stagnation can be broken by organising your server. You or something who cares about it have to step up rally your troops.
Unless of course all 3 servers are already highly organised, in which case it shouldn’t be boring.

Yeah, generally stagnation happens when everyone’s just running around aimlessly in small groups and not dropping money on siege. 20 guys who are well-organized willing to pony up the cash can really turn the tables on twice that number who aren’t, in my experience. Plus, assaulting a fully-upgraded keep with good defense is a LOT more fun than just zerging in, killing four guys and then taking the lord down in 10 seconds, again my opinion.
All three groups are highly organized and it’s boring. Right now 2 servers attacking our garrison at the same time are failing miserably at it because they are not even capable of hitting the gates properly due to all our siege equipment on the walls. And when we try to hit one of their keeps, they either help each other and we get killed or the 2nd team attacks our garrison and we end up in the same possition. And yes Revenant, I do enjoy resistance, but I didn’t buy this game as a Cold War simulator where nothing ever changes on the field. Also our guild alone has 30 guys who pony up the cash without a problem. I wouldn’t mind fighting a whole day for a keep but we’re already fighting 2 days on this map and nothing changed since the new teams got matched. It’s boring. To me the walls and gates are too hard to kill. Either they have to much hp or siege equipment is too weak vs walls/gates. Increasing power on siege equipment or reducing doors/walls hp would definitely change the stall.
All I can say is, Trebuchets are the great equalizer. Or in this case, un-equalizer =p
Lots of trebuchets hitting 1 keep is usually a good stalemate breaker.

Ever tried to build more then 3 trebs in one place and hold them at the spot long enough for them to break the fully fortified keep gate? If you had and made it then you didn’t play against 2 servers helping each other. Besides even if you get through the outer wall, at the inner wall keep holder team is on the walls, the other teams rapes you from behind. It’s impossible situation to break without siege equipment dealing more dmg vs. walls/gates then now.
Just have to keep up the pressure. Also, trebs are better against walls than gates, and walls take a lot more supply to repair. Don’t just hit the walls either, have someone calling your shots in on siege equipment. Even if they keep repairing the walls, they’re using much more siege than they’re taking in, especially if you have a small, skilled group picking off Yaks or taking supply camps. Even if you can’t hold them, you’ll at least make them have to wait and spend 100 supply on upgraded caravans, and in the meantime they’re getting less supply from the Yaks that actually do get through. A supply-starved fortress with no siege is a dead fortress.
It takes organization and dedication to do but its not impossible. First you got to cut off a supply camp and treb the outer. Once to the inner build trebs on the outer and hold your force their. Keep eyes on the supply camp and run supplies in. Even if the spam repair and build counter siege they will run out of supply with only 1 dolyak coming through. You have to go slow and play smart if you do not have massive massive numbers.
Half the time when a siege fails its because siege wasn’t used effectively. Cata / Treb provide cover for rams / balistas / golems. Balistas an carts provide cover to trebs. Pick your terrain, and build your siege and you won’t fear 5x your numbers.
GW2 actually makes people siege rather than simply zerg when realms are evenly matched.
Like others have said, there are 3 things your server needs to do to stop this: Organize, Organize and Organize. With proper organization and coordination you can hold any keep with ~20 people against any number of attackers or take almost any keep before the defenders know you’re knocking on their doors.

Aye, blitzing a keep can be pretty simple actually. Just harass supply camps and towers to get all the defenders elsewhere, then run in and either drop a bunch of rams or siege golem rush. 4 Rams can take down a reinforced door in a minute or two, easily. Especially effective on EB keeps that have two doors back-to-back, just have to keep the AoE up on the walls or one guy on the second oil pot will ruin your day.
Gotta attack at opposite sides of the keep at the same time.
The defending forces get divided real fast.

Against an disorganized enemy that might work, but any organized group will keep tabs on all outer gates or not bother defending those and focus purely on defending inner as it is usually a much more defensible position.

Yes, I know the theory. Since the other two servers support each other, that means they don’t fight for their keeps nor towers nor supply camps. That means it’s impossible to break supply chain, not to mention it’s also impossible to lay siege against 2 servers. Simple as that. 400 people always wins against 200 people no matter how good organized in this game. There’s just no possible way to outsmart this setup without shorter time necessary to kill gates/walls.
