I think anet has hired a monkey to calculate these “random” matchups,i don’t think their doing a very good job tbh.Weve been hit with AM 3x in a row i guess,then we got hit by Piken,and now its back to AM again…Anet you got no clue do you ?Honestly…youre just messing around now.You could have given our server atleast 8 different opponents to choose from,yet you go back to the ones weve been dealing with for weeks now…

why does EU have 3 more servers than US when it seems like their population is so much less, least in wvw, the matchup in their t9 is ridiculus, the bottom 2 servers dont even have more than 30ppt together combined. but granted its not their primetime too so that’s maybe why.

Make a character for every slot and do this… might as well get the free siege and badges if you won’t be seeing any action. Let me guess, mesmer ports in every jp too?

Ow look. After months of being stuck playing the Vizuna Nightblob, and having dropped to tier3. We still get “randomly” paired against them 2 weeks in a row now.

That new system sure changed everything… After months of the same matchup, which caused many wvw guilds and players to just pick up and leave Deso, we can now keep playing the same matchup even if we dropped well out of that tier.

Its a brave new world…

From time to time you roll the same number 6 times in a row ….

At least with the new system you can hope now every friday that you get a better fit.

Whereas in the old system: If we would have blocked T2 (as Piken blocked T3) you and SFR would sit in T1 without any hope till the last GW2 server shut down.

Except with the old system we wouldve had actually different matchups by now. The point system is still there.
This new random system came up just around the time when we finally were moving down. And now the random system is simply putting up similar matches again.

If the system was left the way it was we would be playing tier3 servers, and not have to play VS yet again after our 2.5month marathon..
