Due to some unfortunate events, mostly my fault, I am now stepping down as the commander for RISE. Little did I know, my little 5 sentence troll post would become such a big deal in T1. If I would have known you guys take the forums so seriously, I would have never said anything. Back in T2, if I would have posted a troll thread, TC and FA would have trolled me back and it would have created laughs. That’s not the case for T1. Therefore, I apologize to my server, guild, and other servers that were involved. Just because I made a troll post and it “made my guild look bad” doesn’t mean my guild is full of trolls and trash talkers. Anyone who has posted unnecessary bashing or trash talking in any form has been dealt with. This was not forced upon me. This is my own voluntary action to step down and no longer command for RISE. Again, my apologies.

Find some folks to play with who have a sense of humor

I have some concerns I want to bring up.

Some of your members have been telling me that I’m too handsome to play with and that makes me uncomfortable.

They have made attempts to massage my shoulders for free, but this is a service that I would rather pay for.

I’ve also been solicited for drinks and Roleplaying which are quite concerning to my wife.

Trox I think stepping down is a bit too drastic but that is your choice. When RISE and WM were on the same map you guys worked together as a good combination. I hate to see you go as we need all capable commanders on BG to throw that tag on to lead. I would’ve just kept a low profile on the forums after apologizing. I hope you would reconsider.

If BG is so concerned about their reputation they ought to reimburse you the 100g at least. I know you’re really thinking about fall out to your guild which is commendable, but this is ridiculous imo. Chill out ppl, it’s a game.

Sooo um by making a post about this on the forums, not in your tier thread you are not going to “keep the drama to a minimum.” IF you wanted to keep the drama to minimum you could handle it internally, on the BG forums or within you’re guild. It’s a Kardashian move man. DON’T BE A KARDASHIAN!!!

Take your lumps, say what you need to say your guild/server and move on. It may take some time but you will find you’re funner in commanding again.

Step down is not necessary but one thing is clear. You represent your guild and server even more so as a commander when talking trash on these boards and some of your posts in the past week made your guild look bad.

TBH, i haven’t seen that much hate thrown towards a guild because of his post in a loooong time.

Stepping down was probably the right thing to do ATM… though i think it may be a little too late.

I take it you never moved? If you are a native in tier 1 congrats you got lucky in your server selection. If you are a native in lower tiers then your goal is vastly different from the guy that you are trying to troll.

Correct, online pvp oriented video game aka competition. You should take your own advice. Talk trash in a pvp oriented video game expect to be challenged. Difficult concept I know.

This gentleman and his guild are transfers true. Bandwagonners.. well each of us get to interpret that ridiculous definition in any way that soothes best. What they are is a great guild of players, and seek the best in competition. (That is a compliment to you and your tier btw) Kaineng was sadly no longer able to provide that level of competition, so they took their fight to T1.

While being the “new kid” in class, that doesn’t always mean that said “new kid” MUST by default be meek and milquetoast upon their arrival. It was simply nothing more than a poke at humor and rivalry gone awry. (Yeah I read along.. so sue me I’m nosy ;p)
Stop behaving like a bunch of church ladies and get yer fight on. It’s war! It obviously provoked a response and I would venture that you and yours had a great time loading into EB to deliver your gauntlet. He’s apologized to all and sundry, so move on and have fun.

I used to think the same way when I was a pugger latching onto random commanders. Join an organized wvw/pvp guild on teamspeak and your opinion will change quickly.

The only difference between you and rawbrah is you moved to a #2 T1 server and got it to #1. Rawbrah he brought a T3 server all way up to T2 and dominating T2 soon enough he will be in T1 and there will be lots of drama especially if RE owns our JQ NA guilds.

I’m pretty excited, because the only reason that I can think of why Rawbrah left JQ and brought a lot of EMP BEST commanders/ and players with him is because he got tired of living in FOO’s shadow.

All I have to say is SoR needs to goto T2 because they cant win anything anymore, they cant even place 2nd either, Dragonband needs to come to T1 because they are clearly DOMINATING T2, none of those servers even COMPARE to Dragonbrand because its a T1 fighting type server now.

We need to start this all out war FOO vs RISE vs RE, see whose guild carries the server to victory. WE need to settle this whose the best once and for all, just screw the wvw rankings, Dragonband should be moved to T1 and SoR moved to T2.

SoR has been consecutively been placing 3rd 60-70k away, while Dragonbrand is consecutively beating up servers by 60-110k. You tell me who moves up and who moves down.

Speaking as someone who is constantly referred to as a troll by the people on my own server (mostly for calling out some of our kitten commanders when everyone else is busy lapping at their toes), may I say; tell them to kitten off. Seriously.

My attitude is, most if not all of these people are people I’ll never meet, and don’t care to meet. Their opinions and any stink they raise because I speak my mind are worth exactly nothing to me. Their criticisms should mean just as much to you.

Didn’t Indo do this exact same thing? Flamed and trolled on the forums just to get guilds mad and target TW specifically because he thought it brought the best fights? I remember him saying this exact thing actually in one of his many infamous ninja edited posts …. but that was before he was perma-banned from the forums.

This actually made me laugh IRL. BG already has a less than stellar reputation, I don’t think your posting has anything to with that. I don’t exactly know what happened but I hope things work out for you, god forbid we actually foster competition in WvW.

110k huh? 60k yes but during NA prime time they break even or get beat. DB has coverage that TC and FA don’t have which is why you see the score differential. in open field fights we have had some fun battles with DB. I have enjoyed the last two weeks fighting them.

Also RE has been beat by T2 guilds…

Thank you for invalidating months of work by our server by saying a transfer is the only reason we moved up as a server. We were already well on our way to T2 before anyone transferred. Not saying anything negative about RE, love those guys, and Raw is a great commander, but really? REALLY?

I will say these guys are a major part of our being able to top T2 and push into T1 however, because I don’t think we had the manpower before.

Just wanted to get that off my chest, we were a strong server before, make no mistake.

DB was already strong with its SEA population, it’s basically a mini JQ…and that’s rawnoodle’s reason of picking it, it makes it easier for him to claim that “i bring this server from T3 to T1”..
