provided there is no major WvWvW guild transfer between servers, should I say the WvWvW tiers match up are stabilizing already ?

Yes. One side effect of the Glicko triangle style rating system they use causes servers in the same bracket to cluster together in ratings. Notice that in the tiers that don’t have much switchups that the rankings are tight within-tier but large between-tier? That will just continue to get larger as servers stabilize until it requires sudden blowouts for a server to change tiers.

Glicko probably wasn’t the best idea for something that has to have combinatorial comparisons between each server in a bracket. At least there aren’t 4+ competing servesr in a bracket because then they’d really get jammed together.

Depends on how low ET and HoD fall or when they decide to rally. The tiers will stabilize when those two servers do.

Otherwise the tiers above them (5 and up) are already fairly stable. Top 2 tiers are practically locked, and tier 3 is almost stable with 4 servers that can compete.
