Time before seige disappears.
30 minutes is the correct times yes.
But it will be reset as soon as someone interacts with it, so still seeing it hours later is most likely because people tend to interact with them when they pass them in order to stop them from despawning.

Oficially it all is supposed to last 30 minutes unless someone touches it.
However:
30 minutes is correct for trebs and golems.
Arrow carts and catapults seem to last about 2 hours at least.
Flame rams last for days.
A good rule of thumb is: the more useless/useful the siege , the longer/shorter it lasts.

Both arrow-carts and rams are removed after about 30 minutes of inactivity.

If i remember correctly there was a patch recently which changed it so trebs and golems are 30 mins and the rest took longer
but not 100% on that, and cant find the reference for it
I know it was 30 mins for everything but not sure if it is still like that
hmm. I was told trebs and golums were 20 mins and everything else 30 mins.
From personal experience i can tell you, that these times are inaccurate. A Guildmate and I built a catapult, a ballista and an arrowcart in Cliffside (northeast Tower) and we continued to the northern camp to speed up the dolly for our tower. they walk slow, really slow, but you don’t have 30 minutes down from there. When we got back, all our siege was despawned.
and a-net never gave an official opinion and probably never will, so touch your siege as often as you can, otherwise it’s gone
