Far Shiverpeaks – EU – Since release.
Welcome back! I am super excited about the reset this weekend, too!!!
Mmo players with a screw loose vs mmo players with two screws loose. All very important stuff.

Welcome back!
Saw a lot more people in the DBL after the patch as well. You might want to give it another shot, was some fun fights out there. And the changes to the WPs is rather nice.
De Mortuis Nil Nisi Bonum.
It is REALLY great to see some of the old ANet design delivered in this update. At one point ANet could hardly do wrong at least to old GW1 players but they squandered much of that good will after the first year of GW2.
Between HoT and this patch, it restores some much needed faith that ANet is listening to their player base and that they may now have a handle on what players are looking for going forward. Unfortunately in some cases it is too late. Many of my gaming friends have moved on and simply won’t come back.
“Youre lips are movin and youre complaining about something thats wingeing.”
I’m tempted to give the game another shot myself. I quit shortly after the HoT trainwreck and after my friends stopped playing (briefly transferred to Vabbi [EU] with them but that didn’t work out).
I suppose my concern is... Is the game FUN again? HoT stripped away so much that was good about the game and judging by the patch notes, we’re still not all back to where we were yet (small guilds still got the finger and remain unable to contribute to WvW via things like +5 supply).
Just not sure how I feel about giving the game another chance, especially seeing that so many people have quit.
Thorny Scrub – Thief
Desolation
It’s more fun to play again.
Ofc you always have the grindable guild upgrade and the new upgrade system.
But you have the old WP system back, now it’s worse defending keep !
New reward system bring a lot of new players (at least on my server).
The change to the map design make the map more easier to travel, less annoying maze.
The stab change greatly increase my guard usabilty, now I can fight again with my melee.
This update is the first for a long time now that is really in the right direction.
You should give a try honestly.
And with the server linking at the next reset we will see some change in the MU, new people in our team and new “linked server” to fight.
All maps queued last night on Piken. Guess it shows that for all the complaints about balance, population, night cap, desert BL, etc, at the end of the day, it was all about loot…
Save the Bell Choir activity!
Yup, will probably drop by as well. Too bad I gave all my gold away to newbies in Queensdale, hope they at least didn’t squander it
Have fun in the Queues again
Have fun in the Queues again
At least eotm can now finally follow it’s original purpose again.
All we wanted was a GvG.
Queue… what is that? Never seen one so far.
Yestarday evning we had queue on all 4 maps.

Only way to find out is to try it yourself. Nothing to lose, really, as you already have the game.
