I’m just going to throw it out there that after they added AC Mastery, I felt really cheated because I spent all my points on other things.

I know that they promised to give us all a one-time reset of points after they nerf Arrow Carts further, which is sorta nice, but I’m pretty sure by then AC Mastery won’t be as good anymore.

Anyway, I’d just like it if ANet acknowledged that adding WXP abilities should give us all a chance to retrait. As it stands, WvW abilities are the only things in the game that feel… really dated. I can freely enjoy making characters because I can retrait my character’s class traits for a minimal fee. It’s hard for me to enjoy WvW without that same sort of retraiting available.

Basically, I’m quitting playing WvW until the day the trait reset comes in. Just so the developers know.

I would also like to see the ability to reset them at mile markers at least every 5 10 points etc..

I think they dont was to give the ability to constantly change the traits because people could swap based on what they are about to do in WvW.

Side note: have the traits been tested? do we know the % damage is actually working dont have alot of faith in Anets testing so have anyplayers tested them?

when talking about the arrow cart changes ANET said no more nerf to AC until they can implement a 1 time refund of traits to go with it.

Is “ANet time” a meme like “Valve time” yet?

The thing about WvW points is, there’s no limit to how many you can get. It’s like karma or badges; there’s an endless supply of it (unlike character trait points which are capped at 70).

If you’re worried about shiny new things that might come out soon, don’t spend all your points — keep some in reserve. If you feel like you need to spend all your points to stay competitive, then they weren’t “wasted”; they were spent to stay competitive.

If they make it so that I can refund my spent WvW points repeatedly, I’d appreciate it if they could fix things so I can sell back unwanted gear to get my karma or badges back also.

I don’t see the fundamental difference between saying “I used this gear to advance, but now I don’t need it anymore and I’d like to return it for a refund” and “I used this point allocation to advance, but now I don’t need it anymore and I’d like to return it for a refund”.

If they do, it’s going to be costly, but frankly, I don’t see them doing it. All people will do is just flood all their points in AC mastery.

What they may do, is bring the rest on par with each other, then allow a costly retrait option
