Now leagues are over (and have no rewards, btw), can I transfer to another server without eotm ?

I think you mean locked to eotm? If thats the case annet said the lock would stop after seasons but I have yet to see confirmation of this.

EotM is open to those who transfer too.

What they’re asking, is if they transfer, will they be able to play on the borderlands, and not be stuck in only EOTM. It’s a good question.
