Hi everyone, I’m looking for suggestions to transfer servers:

-A server where I can roam solo/small group and vs other roamers as well
-A server with fighter guilds, guilds who are organized, proper group builds and know how fight against zergs and larger groups
-A server with individual players/pugs having a high skill level in a general sense, i know I can roam with them and do well with them in fights
-As a whole server maintain the PPT, good communication, round the clock co-op, has TS etc.

My first server was NSP, had great guilds, I was in Os, organized fighter guild, they were small but still handled larger zergs no problem.
ZoS was good as well. But NSP as a whole wasn’t a 24/7 crew, so throughout the week it would be barren and the only time we’d play is when guild commanders were on. And I had to play with the guild and have a specific build, which got monotonous and repetitive.

After I moved to YB, big t2 server, as a whole, great server a lot of communication and cooperation kept the PPT up best they can 24/7. You got a few fighter guilds, I was with [Envy], very skillful guild, would run with 7 guys vs 15+ and still win.
But you can’t roam for kitten with large FA blobs running around in that tier.

I’m in Kaineng now testing out the waters in T7 servers to see how I like it.

To recap I’m looking to join a server so I can roam and vs roamers, and can trust the individual skill of people in my server. And still have organized fighter guilds who know the basic builds, water fields and zerg combat combos etc, and as a whole server have around the clock uptime to maintain the towers/keeps and dat PPT.

tbh, you cannot have a single server that is able to do all of that consistently. t1/t2/now t3 are pretty much locked in to similar (in a general sense) situations, blobby.

Individual skill would be a more roaming oriented situation, ppt would more be an upper tier or blob themselves, coverage around the clock would again primarily be upper tiers. Expecting everyone on the server to be properly geared and proper builds, etc., well you are dreaming >.> but probably mid tiers 4/5 after things settle since right now it’s very unbalanced due to major changes in WvW populations around those tiers and some big transfers that caused the situation.

As for specific servers that may give some of those things at differing times, I couldn’t say for sure, that would be left up to others. I’d like a lot of what you are interested in myself, although idc about ppt or large scale fighting except occasionally. I can only recommend some to avoid, but it’s easier there to just say t1/2/3 you probably won’t want since as you said, FA has large blobs in t2, the others aren’t much better (of course t1 is mostly full consistently, but I know used to be hours where it wasn’t)

Yea thanks I’m not looking to fulfill every criteria, but anything close to it would be good.
(and No, I’m not expecting everyone on the server to be properly geared and builds, just fighter guilds who are capable of that, and individual pugs who know how to fight even with subpar gear)

Particular if you are already in a server (NA), that is close to this, I would consider taking a look at it.

From what I am hearing, without firsthand knowledge since I’ve been out of those tiers so long, t6/7 may be the better for most of what you are looking for. And yeah perhaps t5 after t4 settles, as t5 is next to get a bit mixed up and unbalanced. I’d be interested in finding out your experiences in t7 after being in t2.

if t3 doesnt work out, since u already went to t2 and t4, theres nothing left for you to go to

t3 is quite blobby as well…

NA is now pretty much just Tier 1 to T3.

• Constant action in T1 EB for solo small group fights nearly 24/7

-A server with fighter guilds, guilds who are organized, proper group builds and know how fight against zergs and larger groups

• There are many mature guilds now in T1 with builds and good organisation.

-A server with individual players/pugs having a high skill level in a general sense, i know I can roam with them and do well with them in fights

• All T1 Pugs range from acceptable to very good.

-As a whole server maintain the PPT, good communication, round the clock co-op, has TS etc.

• All T1 servers fit your expectations

On an end note, its near impossible to transfer into a T1 server now, so good luck.

That is what keeps exacerbating the very situation we have in wvw across all servers, and the highly stacked upper tiers, saying things like NA is just t1/t2/t3 (weird… apparently saying that without the ‘/’ and instead put ‘-’ where t2 is, gets filtered…). So only those tiers matter at all?
… actually nvm idc. Nice serv.. err well tier recruitment post, though. But are you saying t1 is less blobby than t2/t3 then?

Not intending to derail but on that last part actual curiosity. of course I’ll check myself.

So I’m Oscuro. I was on Kaineng, but transferred to Crystal Desert about 2 weeks ago. Based on what I’ve seen, Kaineng has politics issues, but a night cap crew. Guilds like Owls on Kaineng would be your best bet for consistent groups with higher skill level. I would recommend SIN, but we all just transferred to see what higher tiers are like. FC is a good server, a lot more NA coverage, and some very skilled guilds. They’re also getting PvE plahers coming in. They are fighting Kain though, so idk. Honestly, t7-6 is the best for all of that except coverage. There are occasional Zergs, but never blobs. Roaming is the heart and soul of low tier life, so if u want a place for roaming, stay down there. Tbh, some of being on CD, I can say I do find lower tiers a very VERY different feel. Best of luck Id say try FC next if u don’t like Kaineng, sometimes changing servers within a tier can change things
