Guild Wars 2

I was roaming a bit in wvw tonight and noticed something that was new to me. Twice I saw a translucent looking whirlpool kinda thing hovering/spinning near me. Was about the size of an ele’s whirlwind but definitely not that. Only lasted about 2-3 seconds and would disappear – too quick for me to screenshot but will try if I see it again. Has anyone else seen this or know what it is?

Could it have been a Stealth distruptor Trap?

Yeah, or a supply trap (if it had debris in it like a tornado).
