After this major increase in players I think it’s essential for people to put out better builds out there than metabattle.com
Why don’t guilds here share some of their builds?

I’d really love to get some ideas for characters Im not using right now and I would like to (like Mesmer, Rev, more options for my guard …)

And what is wrong with metabattle builds?

Metabattle builds are a good start. Not one of my toons WvW or PvE stick to what they put up. I always find a way to make it better for me depending on what I am trying to accomplish. Sometimes I make it worse but continue to tweak. Since I roam a lot my build is for 1v1 or 1vGuards and such. I have a quick note on my desktop what to do when I decide to blob fight that are minor changes but not dying is #1

There are many out there who YouTube post and share their builds as well. My Thief is built off a YouTuber and I die less and win more 1v1 than I used to. Just gotta tweak the builds to work for you.

This is a competetive mode. Why would we provide advanced builds for anyone else than our server? We want to win right? Cause win means more loot, right?

Nothing is wrong. Most of them are used by GvG guilds and proved to be effective there.

However, most WvWers don’t GvG so you may want to make adjustment to suit your playstyle better.
