The upgrades that had been bought before reset are stuck, you don’t see any Event, nor are the workers working or is the supply dropping, but you can’t buy the upgrade either.

I heard if you order the second upgrade (even while the current one goes) it fixes the problem.

Can’t order, says, can only order 1 of the same kind, ordered personnel but it already finished and still nothing happening.
