Use Dry Top style rewards for EoTM
With the population unbalances, meaning green usually have more people than the other colors, that would turn out to be a real issue. If green dominates entirely a match up, only they will be able to enjoy such rewards. In order to add such mechanics to EoTM, need to, first, deal and fix the lack of balance between the colors.

You could say the same thing about the tournament rewards. But the losers still get some reward just for showing up.
