Recently I’ve noticed the use of obvious hacks has become rampant. Even from servers that outnumber another server by multiples. You already have the advantage in huge numbers do you really need another ?

As of February 21st, multiple opponents in WvW were employing the instant finishing move hack. No I don’t know the exact name. I’m not a hacker. And no I wouldn’t mention it if I did. But like everyone who does WvW i’m used to getting killed on occasion. I know the timing. But when someone finishes you off within a split second after you’ve hit the ground, no buildup, no hesitation. Something is really wrong.

There are other hacks going on. I mention this 1 because it is blatant. The speed hack is annoying but I guess some could argue that certain skills allow you to move faster. I’ve seen some peeps move maybe 5X faster that any of my chars could, and for extended periods. But oh well the skills argument is there.

Trying to get their names when you die in a large melee of scouts, veterans, team members, opponents is virtually impossible. Even the 1 warrior who hit me for 14k, dropping me to the ground in 1 hit, then did the instant finish move, was almost impossible to see his name as he was gone a second later.

I guess if you do nothing the implication is … we should all be doing this ?

The fact that it was a warrior that killed you instantly makes me believe he stomped with quickness. You do know that quickness effects the stomp speed correct?
