I know i had fun on SFR bl tonight, even though we did abismally!

So refreshing and enjoying to see organized guilds in enemy server. It is really fun to play in T1 against. Finally we face server with equal numbers.
Spent most of the time on Eternal Battlegrounds. Noticed VcY, NR (new guild from where?) on SFR and MN (from Arborstone right?).
Had a blast while defending Klovan which was full of holes :P

Very nice start, feels good to be back in Tier1 EU, after a rather boring Week with the now dead Arborstone.

Good Fights on Elona Homelands all Night. Managed to get our Keep back, thx to a very successfull Fake-Attack on the Bay. Was a bit boring after SFR left the Battlefield to get some well deserved sleep. Thankfully Vizunah came in and tried their best capping our Towers… although that didn’t work out:

Had some extreme culling problems over the whole night, was really as bad as never before. Anyway, was fun though. Sadly I will miss most of the action due to exams, but hope to find some time to enjoy this matchup.

It’s been a long time since the last time I may remember an actual 1v1v1 during a reset. Playing on VS homemap this night, I was really surprised and happy to be able to catch breath.
Because that means you can actually think tactics and strategy instead of merely hopelessly extinguishing fires.
I don’t really doubt the fact the absence of 2v1 against VS will really help us in keeping a good score, but it’s sooooooo nice to be able to avoid having to chose only between desperate defenses and suicide rushes on ennemy siege.

@suprNovae. : MN has always been on VS EB. Maybe you are confusing with Arborstone MM, but I don’t know where they went (maybe Jade Sea). On the other hand, I am not denying we got influx of some AR guilds – just that neither MN nor MM are one of them.

On a personal note, I am veeeeery sad of seeing the ending of AR. I have always thought they were pretty good opponents, very nice fights against them. They were bringing variety to T1 & T2 with the primetime elitist approach (among other things and qualities) and that will be missed.

And finally last : I’d like to encourage SFR.
Thing is, servers that went to T1 break down to 2 categories really. You have the one with Elona & Desolation, and you have the one with Blacktide, FS and now Arborstone (:(). For instance, honestly, with the RUIN thing, I was sure Desolation was doomed and yet they managed to rebuild their community and here they are.
SFR, it’s really only in how you’ll manage the next 3 weeks. A server community (that’ll last is built) when it loses. It’s a lot of work, but it’s worth it !

If it were 2 weeks ago, I’d fear that we would suffer a similar fate as blacktide or arborstone or even desolation(who managed to recuperate by rebuilding and drawing new people). But with free transfers gone with the moment we drop to tier 2, that problem will not pose itself as people won’t be able to leave for free. Disadvantage of that is that we won’t be able to draw in new people for free anymore either.

Great fun in VZ borderlands this night. Intense fights every 50 yards all over the map. Special thanks for the new guys (randoms) that joined our TS and kept us company in the small hours.

We’re busy fighting off the french horde.

Kudos to you [ACSK] for your siege of Hills last night. Any lesser guild would have stopped after throwing themselves repeatedly for 2 hours against the walls. You did however keep our guild locked down, defending Hills.
I heard you took it around midnight. Well deserved. That’s how a siege is supposed to be!

Can’t speak for everyone, but it is boring – T1 i mean. Most people of our guild even weren’t online at restart and logged on much later.

Gz to vizunah anyway, you really won GW2 in EU region.

Nice fights so far……..We(SF) have some issues during the night with VS ,but i hope things will get better

Vizu goes to T0 to the top of the wvw, the throne above the mortals
that fight (in T1 )for their right to come a bit closer (but can never reach)

upcoming patch:
Vizunah will get nerfed.

Seems like Vizunah has many loyal players and the guilds and mainzergs has a very good communication. Everytime we kill WL or the mainzerg they gather up and steamrollin’ on eternal.

That is what our Server really need to learn. Communicate perfectly with each other. Unfortunately there are sometimes guilds who think very selfish and the main zerg just accept it instead solving the problem.

No more siege in the JP,aaaawww,that`s gonna be tough for Elona,siegespammers/campers extraordinair….

anyway T1 will now be VS, Deso, Jade Sea.

Depending on how JS fares against Kodash and Elona and how AR fares against Riverside and Baruch we might see a full French T1 in the next match up (after they reset the rankings…).

Not sure about the pertinence of this reset but… oh well…

don’t know what is happening to vizunah… are you all sleeping??? if yes please keep doin’ this that is how I can enjoy T1. This night is pretty even and there are liek 20-30 in wvw at all. same with sfr and vizunah i guess..

For SFR and Elona it will be a race now Third in T1 and lose rating next week or first in T2 and win ratings next week.

Jade Sea wont have an easy way to T1 and my guess: They wont make it to T1 against Elona.

Jade Sea would gladly stay in T3 and it seems they are going to make it. It’s likely we’ll have to wait to see their real level agains T1/T2 servers.

So we are back at this matchup’s stakes : having an easy matchup for the reset.
Good luck with that Elona, don’t take it for granted as some players on SFR are looking for the same thing.

Whether SFR is intending to tank points or not, VS having a massive lead in the morning has been a regular thing for a while now, including this week and last, according to http://mos.millenium.org/matchups/ .

It’s not a question of playing “hard” if you can’t stem enough people for night coverage. Right now I can’t see any server beeing capable of bringing enough numbers during the night to be a threat to VS. Desolation did decent last two weeks but were still no match. Maybe the new Jade Sea can bring you some of that “hard” play.

Now: 50 VS vs 0 SFR.

Rather than recruiting a big NA guild unstable on your server and knowing full that would not last forever, maybe you should have recruit the night pugs in the ladderwide.
Unfortunately for you it’s too late.

And i remind you that if we have this night crew today (although we are still far from their number), it’s thanks to you, RUIN and Xaoc. I can only thank you for it.
