WHat is wrong with servers linkin?!

FSP – 2nd server got 2 servers linked. It has 3 servers now.
Gandara – 3rd server and got 1 server linked
Deso – 1st server got 0 servers linked. ANd thta is what I understand, but why kitten FSP got 2 servers being higher than Gandara?!

I can only assume it’s based on glicko and the expected positions they had. Either that or many coins were flipped and Derren Brown was present.
