Just out of curiosity, is there a (good) reason why these are soulbound instead of accountbound?
Granted, it won’t matter much in the long run with WXP becoming an accountwide feature. Still I’m surprised by the “soulbound”.
I distinctly remember, that the first promo WXP Mini Booster was soulbound as well, but why did this stay in practice given the general trend towards accountwide systems?

Because the first four ranks take less wxp to unlock, it’s to stop people from farming hundreds of them with alts, I imagine.
