We are starting a new big aliance in BlackGate server.

Almost all Hod WvWvW guilds moved there last week.

The main reason to start on a low tier server is to get off that noob train (those who transfer to the winning server).

If you have a dedicated wvwvw guild feel free to join us, we have now coverage 24/7 (many guilds from europe at night: Desolation and Far Shiverpeaks).

Soon we will reach the 1st tier and by that time i think the free transfers are gonne and we have a full dedicated WvWvW server with no “noob train” from those free transfers.

Our main goal is to be first but also punish the ppl who transfer just to be on the winning side (make the noob train cry)

The only down side is that the queue time is now 1h 30m at borderlands (off-peak)
But i think it will be less on week

The majority of TA guilds went to different servers according to “word on the street”

The only server I’ve heard of that got more than one TA guild was FA.

Lets hope Anet is closing down of free transfers soon.

why would dedicated hardcore wvw guilds join an already saturated wvw server? surely they actually want to play, instead of sitting in queue for 1hr+

Why would you post here to entice the noob train as you call them? Just cant play without a huge zerg behind you? Heaven forbid just going as a guild and forming an alliance with those on the server already…

They wont transfer to a 3rd division server they only stay as long as the server is winning and the transfers are free. By the time they start to lose there will be no free transfers…

Sounds more like you didn’t like competition so you moved down the ranks to an already decent server.

If we didnt like competition we would move to the lowest server and steam role all.
We just want to make a strong server with no noob train kids.
Some kind of classy server with limited access to beat the bandwagon transfer kids :P (hope they close free transfers soon).

NSP – SoR – YB match was about the closest score so far on NA servers. It was tier 5 and not decided until the final hours. So I would not say anything below tier 3 is boring.

Maybe, or you’d fail to carry a low server since you can’t be in every bg the entire time. At least on BG the pugs will carry the off hours, especially considering they got a decent chunk of the dragonbrand population 2 weeks ago which was oceanic. So the statement still stands…. I’d rather they closed transfer for all of you idiots who can’t stick with a server. At least close the wvw off for a week so you’re not kitten the rankings to mean nothing.

This is a straight troll post. Nothing in the OP is even correct! OP is clearly a BG hater.

Kinda a kitten thread. Why would you tell people where you went to escape the noob train if you want to avoid the noob train? It either means it’s a troll thread and they didn’t really go there and just want to get people to transfer or they did go there and actually want the train to follow (but don’t want to admit it). It still wouldn’t even bring back the number of guilds that flat out up and quit the game already (such as Condemned).

More so to the point, it’s either $20 or 8g in game for 1500 gems. Even if we assume that people are cheap and won’t spend the $20 getting 8g in game is nothing if you got the know how.

You’re probably better off not focusing on transfers, leechers, noob trains, pubbies and the rest and simply try to go out and have fun. The queues were virtually non existent on HoD even during the weekend last weekend with only a few guilds that had transferred off or quit. The fact that other servers started to step up to the plate with serious challenges (JQQ’s coverage is around the clock now as well) just means you left a server with low queue times, already in tier 1 and amazing competition to try to make another server with low queue times, work it’s way up to tier 1 and try to find amazing competition. Kinda silly when you actually think about it for a few minutes.

lol @ this thread, its a joke. You don’t brag about moving to a lower tier server, you just do it. The fact that your here asking for help – and yes that IS what you are doing – just shows how little faith you have in your ability. All I can say is thank god you didn’t choose my server.

TA went to HoD, HoD’s queue’s jumped, and it was a low tier server.
Tail coat riders joined HoD server.

Now TA kinda broke.

A large group went to BG.
The same will happen.

Thank you for warning everyone before they are stuck in 3-4hour queue’s and have a ton of pugs to teach.

And this is another reason why W3 is flawed, congratulations on needing a full on alliance to have a chance at winning.

I’ve been on DB since starting. We’ve been kicking our butts kicked every week due to this kind of stuff and just lost even more guilds but I’m not changing servers. All you server shifters are a joke to me trying to jump on a winning team instead of working with what you’ve got.

lol i left dragonbrand and struggled a while finding a good home because i couldn’t deal with my idiot guild leader telling me not to give scout intel on teamspeak (“shut up, i have the coms!”) when he wasn’t anywhere near our main team. he told me that if i said one more thing i would be kicked from guild…. i didn’t need his “military rule” even if there WAS ex-TZK in that guild. he can have his texas cowboy hat xD

keep a chin up, tarnished coast. we have done amazingly well to date. so we don’t have epic queues a lot of the time and lose ground, so what? we have much to be thankful for and proud of.
