I see some organized combat from time to time. I usually run in small groups in my guild. I have ran with the zerg some and I have ran with our most organized zerg busting manuever teams.

As a growing guild of experienced WvWvW players I want our people to reach that next level. We use Vent / teamspeak and run with a good mix of classes. We have a force of 8-20 depending on the night of the week. We have some victories and we have some slow attrition losses when we face close or slightly greater odds.

What did you do with your team to maintain organization after contact? Have you split into A/B teams? Have you set complementary pairs? How do you execute your combo / healing / CC rotations to have the most effect? Do you have established battle drills? Do you have a set SOP for actions on contact?

If you are a member of a successful maneuver and strike team I would like your comments. If you just like the title and want to share a good laugh we all need humor as well.

Watching zerg combat reminds me that it’s the only way to group in-game if you have over five people. Why do people zerg…. there is no other effective option atm.

They need a way for multiple groups and medium sized forces to organize without inviting every single person in the zone to flock to your pin.
