We should have weekly rewards for winning WvW matchups. This would make it feel more worth while when you win. Maybe if you win first, everyone gets a chest with a random exotic and minor chance for an ascended chest, similar to world ranks. Second place gets 1 gold, and third gets nothing. There should be a 3 hour play limit to earn rewards, and this would make WvW more competitive for those who are losing interest or have lost interest because winning in its current state (this is out of season) is pointless

Lets not have all the PvE players rushing in to WvW to AFK for 3 hours. You get 3 reward chests for winning a matchup it should be more but there really is no way to make the rewards better and only reward those who are contributing the large portion. Giving everyone that is on a winning server an exotic or 1g will effect the economy.

So what you’re saying is that I should definitely transfer to a server that is guaranteed at least second place so I don’t end up feeling shafted. Right? I agree, let’s do everything we can to contribute to further server stacking through a reward system that makes sure losers remain losers indefinitely.

You do get rewards, for your server.

I don’t play WvW for the rewards. I play it cause I enjoy it.. I would make more money farming or running dungeons. If WvW starts to get the same rewards as farming champs or dungeons it will just make more people flood it to make cash. This is neither wanted nor needed.

I will be happy when Seasons are over and we can go back to business as normal.
