Awww, that made my morning >:], a few fellows on NSP used tonics and roamed in a “WvW quagan group”, but now i imagine they didn’t find their home and ended as a bag,

What really happened was the Quaggan’s built temples to their god, Mellaggan. And Quaggan luck being what it is, shortly after they finished there was a massive earthquake that turned the temples to ruin. And drained the lake and raised up the land to its current state.

All the Quaggan’s relocated to Frostgorge Sound and other locales.
