Guild Wars 2

I do not want to be the most over powered flavor of the month class for wvw but i do not want to suck either. My mind is set on either a elementalist, necromancer or ranger. Out of these 3 classes which one do you think would be a good solid choice for WvW? I appreciate any feedback, thankyou.

Eles if you like staff aoes or d/d. I haven’t played necros but they can inflict some mean conditions. And for ranger I found it boring in wvw. Eles seem more useful for wvw, they re great for aoe against wall siege awesome and for teamplay with the combo fields.

Elementalist. Definitely.

If you think ele is too mainstream then roll an engineer, they are by far the funnest profession: you can use bombs,grenades,flamethrower,elixergun,toolkit,turrets,elixir S etc. I use an engi with grenades for tower defence but there are tons of ways to play engi and it’s 10x better if you are asuran

Ele can transition very well from roamer to zerg support just from a weapon swap. Necro is also really good as a piece added to a group or zerg, but less fun as a roamer. Ranger is… not really hot at either.
