Logged through all of my characters and didn’t notice a change…so I appear to be missing what it means. Thanks every one.

Initially you didn’t get your first ability point until you were level 2

Ahh ok, thank you. I was hoping my characters would be of the same rank so I dodnt have to keep switching to try and get them WvW ability points and levels.
