Guild Wars 2

Lets start out wht some extra information. First I was able to WvW just fine last month without these issues occuring. Also I can play the game PvE for hours without lag or without “missing” an enemy or having them appear right on top of me unless I wait for them to spawn there.

Then I decide to go into WvW. I am attacking someone I see on my screen to the right of my screen and next thing you know the fireball is headed to the left side of the screen and it says obstructed. I then look around and I see the fireball is hitting blank air where I don’t see anyone. Next I retarget someone right next to me and get out of range when the person I am running up to is almost right next to me. THis alone may make me think some one is hacking or something and teleporting or whatnot but it happens to a ton of players and i don’t think everyone is hacking.

Also sometimes when the above happens about 10 seconds later I get a load of like 10+ enemies that just appear right on top of me with no warning. Its almost like there is some kind of sync issue between me and the rest of the battl field. I say this because I had another stange thing happen for the last few weeks which is I can’t just hit F and start healing someone I have to repeatedly hit F and each time I do one heal and stop. I even had one person on my own server that I was healing say he was being healed by a ghost bcause noone was by him. Lastly I have times when I can hit someone and I never get credit even though I have done a ton of damage. As an example I went into a battle last night with 38/50 kills it was aroyal rumble for a tower and I took down about 4 people I could count and then am sure i helped at least with another bunch. I walked out of the whole battle still at 38/50 though I got a bunch of loot bags that pooped out at my feet.

Unless this is WvW server only lag then its not lag because I can play all other PvE fine and PvP fine without this. It is not an FPS issue that I can tell. I have done this on two rigs.

What is it that makes it so I can WvW fine last month and this month be so “desynced” that I can’t even WvW properly.

The only thing I have not done at this point is uninstall and reinstall the entire client. Any thoughtss on how to make it so I am able to be more in tuned with whats ogging on with the rest of the server?
