Guild Wars 2

The WvW beta is coming with this update on the 19th (unless otherwise stated) so what will happen to WvW? For the launch of HoT WvW was down to implement the new borderlands, how will this beta test be implemented?

I don’t expect a player to answer this but hopefully this will get the attention of the devs.

Nothing. It was said (on reddit?) that changes to WvW would happen at normal WvW reset.

For the population and map changes, yeah. Rewards will be on the Tuesday update.

Edit: Found the post: https://www.reddit.com/r/Guildwars2/comments/4dhos1/the_wvw_live_beta_test_for_rewards_and_population/d1rbstx No mention of the map changes on it but they said they were working on altering the DBL map so I’m just assuming that would wait until the WvW reset.

Live beta will kick in on reset, other than that, your typical balance changes and map changes will be available from the start I guess.
