I know there are changes to achievements and possibly titles as well as changes to when orange swords are displayed (more than 20 people attacking the same target) but beyond that I am clueless.

Does anyone know what the long awaited WvW patch will contain this upcoming month?

No idea, I made a similar post about 5 days ago… no details yet.

They will implement a message to let us know it won’t happen till April ?

From what I read to date any changes to WvW will be minimal in the February patch with the major WvW changes pushed back to the March update which considering the current pattern will not happen until the end of March. All the loving in February is going to sPvP and PvE.

Delayed to July to prevent ppl to leave for ESO open beta.

Make a list of the top 20 things you’d like to see changed in WvW. Then make another list of potential changes you couldn’t care less about. Now throw away the first list and randomly pick three things from the second list. Add in two new bugs and there you have it …

• Quaggans will implement a new WvW strategy. This involves a lot of hugging (to death) and coo-ing.

• Dolyaks, tired of being constantly ganked will rise up and gather every single dolyak on the map any time you touch one. The resulting trampling will leave the enemy not only face down in the dirt, but with a few hoofprints on their backs.

• Yelling out enemy movements will get you supressed. Lack of orange swords will be a never-ending game of hide and seek.

• Weaker servers will get the Trehearne buff to use against enemies. Those attacking will be subject to a three hour lecture on Orr before they can proceed.

• Snaff returns and boy is he mad. Mr. Sparkles will play nonstop hits from the 70s and 80s.

• Supply camps after a final upgrade will be turned into a social club with drinks and dancing after 9pm.

They are introducing a QQ filter to the forums anyone caught QQing about other servers will lose 1k of their WvW score!

There will be new skills to be earned in WvW. However, they will be passive WvW-only skills such as “carry more supply”, that sort of thing.

I also believe the orange swords change is scheduled for next weeks patch, though don’t quote me on that.
