Remember to buy the officially endorsed GW2 Steel Series Keyboard, it supports macros!
WvW, we only care if it affects the servers we play on.

Anet want WvW to be a 24/7 battle, but then imposed US and EU specific servers.
A lot of international guilds were hugely affected cos people were then worried about pings and latencies, nevermind they played without much trouble on GW1 servers.
So in this thread how about we find out what the latencies are like.
Make a reply similar to the following:
UK player on EU server
Latency of 80ms 250ms max
When I was on US server latency was 120ms for me, a little higher but not much.
Unfortunately, even though GW1 had a ping circle you could see, GW2 doesnt.
So to find your Latency click on Start and type resmon into the command bar.
Next click the Network tab, then expand TCP Connections.
Find GW2.exe in the list and check the Latency tab for it.
You’ll probably see like 4 listings, so I suggest you monitor the values and choose the one that fluctuates a lot and take an average value from that, and the max one which will pretty much stay constant.

South African Player on EU server
200ms – 400ms (yeah sux being me)
What knocks my latency up dramatically is the hop from EU to US. Try running a ping or tracert on the 62.xx.xx.xx ip or adding -diag to your game shortcut.
Located on the western coast of Australia, playing on NA server (Dallas, TX I think?)
400 – 650ms.. aww yeah .. you should see how often I come back dead after a lag spike/desync disconnect with this new alt-f4 patch too I think of it as playing GW2 on inferno hardcore difficulty.
