I haven’t been following whuvwhuh closely, but had to stick my head in last night when somebody showed me the scoreboard for Kaineng vs Ehmry Bay (my server) vs I forget who: almost 20,000 points to a couple of hundred each for the other two servers. I stick my head in a couple of times over the next couple of days, all times of day and night (I’m home sick) and no matter when I log in, there are huge numbers of blue uniforms on every part of the map, 24×7.

Given that these are (I gather) roughly comparably sized servers with (as of last week) roughly comparable lifetime WvW scores? Is there any chance that someone from Kaineng will tell us how in the heck they managed to organize and sustain those kinds of numbers, this week? (I know, I know, “Does Macy’s tell Gimbal’s?” But curiosity is killing me.) Because as someone who’s tried to organize and recruit volunteer efforts in the past, I have to tell you: I’m deeply impressed.

A bunch of guilds transferred to the bottom tier to shift wvw ratings all around once again.

Devona rest left our tier 8 about month and half ago. Kain started to dominate since they left which then week after week more and more wvw guilds started to hop on the bandwagon. Every week I see new people on this server since and probably will continue to grow until free transfers are over. So once was a server of hard nose wvwers has turned into a server of choice for many other wvw players. Most people on this server seem to care more about wvw than pve.
